Hawaii Division of Vocational Rehabilitation - Deaf Services Section
The Deaf Services Section is the unit of Hawaii's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation that serves people who are deaf, hard of hearing or deaf-blind. It provides vocational rehabilitation counseling with direct sign communication, interpreter coordination, communication access and employment supports.
