Honolulu Community Action Program Head Start
Honolulu Community Action Program runs Head Start on Oahu, the federally funded comprehensive early education program for low-income children aged three to five. Head Start is required to reserve at least ten per cent of its places for children with disabilities and to work with the Part B and Part C systems, which makes it a significant inclusive preschool setting in a state with limited preschool capacity.
