Community Support Advocates (Team CSA) partners with individuals, families and providers in central Iowa to serve people living with mental illness, brain injury, intellectual disabilities and other developmental disabilities. It provides coordinated care and comprehensive services that support day to day living and community integration, runs a clinic, and offers creative expression through its Momentum Arts program.
