Eastern Iowa Disability Alliance (Disability Access Point, District 7)
The Eastern Iowa Disability Alliance, operated by Mental Health and Disability Services of the East Central Region, is the contracted Disability Access Point for HHS District 7, covering 14 counties in eastern Iowa. It provides information and assistance, options counseling, service coordination, and short-term and long-term services and supports for people with disabilities, their families and caregivers.
