Iowa Primary Care Association (Behavioral Health Administrative Service Organization)
Iowa Primary Care Association is the statewide Behavioral Health Administrative Service Organization for Iowa's Behavioral Health Service System. Selected on 13 December 2024 and operational from 1 July 2025, it contracts with community based organizations across the prevention, early intervention, treatment, recovery and crisis continuum, handles claims and network administration through the Safety Net Management Information System, and publishes contract manuals and fee schedules for those organizations.
