Iowa Total Care
Iowa Total Care is one of the three managed care organizations contracted for Iowa Health Link Medicaid and Hawki. It authorizes and pays for Medicaid state plan services and for HCBS waiver services for its members, including case management, supported community living, day habilitation and respite, and assigns care managers to members on the long-term services and supports waivers.
