Central Iowa Center for Independent Living
The Central Iowa Center for Independent Living (CICIL) is a consumer-controlled Center for Independent Living serving seven central Iowa counties. It provides the five core independent living services: information and referral, independent living skills training, peer counseling, individual and systems advocacy, and transition services helping people leave institutions, avoid institutional placement, and move from school into adult life.
