Collaborative Individual and Community Supports (Disability Access Point, Districts 2, 3 and 6)
Collaborative Individual and Community Supports, run by Central Iowa Community Services, is the contracted Disability Access Point for HHS Districts 2, 3 and 6, covering 44 counties across northern and southeastern Iowa. It provides information and assistance, options counseling, service coordination, and short-term and long-term services and supports for people with disabilities, their families and caregivers as part of the Aging and Disability Resource Center network.
