Idaho Behavioral Health Plan (Magellan of Idaho)
Magellan Healthcare administers the Idaho Behavioral Health Plan, the managed care arrangement that coordinates behavioral health benefits for Idaho Medicaid members and certain other Idaho residents. It operates a 24-hour member line and a provider line, and coordinates crisis services including mobile response teams, adult crisis centers and youth crisis centers alongside the 988 Idaho Crisis and Suicide Hotline. People with intellectual and developmental disabilities who also have mental health conditions access outpatient and crisis behavioral health through this plan.
