Valley Adaptive Sports
Valley Adaptive Sports (VAS) supports and develops recreation opportunities for people with disabilities in Teton Valley, Idaho and the surrounding area. Its activity pages cover cycling, skiing, swimming, sled hockey, horseback riding and fishing, delivered largely through partnerships rather than its own facilities, downhill skiing with the Grand Targhee Resort Mountain Sports School, sled hockey and inclusive skating at the Teton Valley Foundation's Kotler Ice Arena and the Tautphaus Park arena in Idaho Falls, and adaptive swim lessons with Teton Valley Aquatics. It hosts the Wydaho Adaptive Mountain Bike Festival at Grand Targhee with Teton Adaptive, and runs an adaptive nordic and sit-ski cross-country program.
