Heartland Community College: Heartland Academy for Learning Opportunities (HALO)
The HALO Program provides a higher education experience for students ages 18 - 28 with intellectual and/or developmental disability or other learning challenges through two options and additional campus resources. The HALO Initial 2-Year Program is a 2 year non-degree credential.
