The After 22 program is a Comprehensive Transition and Post-Secondary Program (CTP) that provides students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) with a full-time inclusive college experience. The After 22 program is for individuals who have graduated from high school and are motivated to develop skills which can help them earn competitive, integrated employment.
