LifeLinks, formerly the Coles County Mental Health Association, provides outpatient behavioral health services in the Mattoon area oriented toward consumer recovery. Services include adult outpatient care, child and adolescent services, crisis services, community support services, family services and Individual Placement and Support employment, along with the FIRST.IL early psychosis program.
