Thresholds provides comprehensive community services across Illinois for people living with serious mental health and substance use conditions. Programs include intensive outreach and integrated care, centers for mental wellbeing, crisis response, housing and residential programs, IPS employment services, peer services, homeless outreach, a Deaf program, youth and young adult services and creative arts therapy.
