Opportunities for Access
Opportunities for Access is the Center for Independent Living for a 16-county area of south-eastern Illinois, based in Mount Vernon with satellite offices in Carmi and Effingham. It provides advocacy, peer counseling, information and referral, independent living skills training and transition services for people with all disabilities.
