RAMP
RAMP, the Regional Access and Mobilization Project, is the Center for Independent Living for Boone, DeKalb, Stephenson and Winnebago counties, based in Rockford with offices in DeKalb and Freeport. It provides advocacy, peer counseling, information and referral, independent living skills training and transition services for people with all disabilities.
