Community Alternatives Unlimited
Community Alternatives Unlimited (CAU) is the Independent Service Coordination agency for ISC Area B, covering the northern and north-western parts of the City of Chicago by ZIP code and all of Lake County. It enrolls people on PUNS, determines developmental disability eligibility, writes Personal Plans, arranges waiver services with community providers and monitors them. CAU also carries Ligas consent decree outreach duties for people in its area living in institutions.
