Fort Wayne Clubhouse INC
The Carriage House, Fort Wayne Clubhouse, is an accredited Clubhouse International program where adults living with mental illness join as members rather than patients and work together to rebuild confidence and purpose. It provides rehabilitation services, prevocational, transitional and supported employment, support for members pursuing education, and a housing initiative.
