INconnect Alliance
The INconnect Alliance is Indiana's statewide network of 15 Aging and Disability Resource Centers, serving 16 planning and service areas. It helps older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers navigate long-term services and supports: a guided self-assessment, a housing-with-services search, searchable community resource and Medicaid provider databases, caregiver support and a senior care planning video series. It is the front door for the Health and Wellness and PathWays Medicaid waiver waiting lists.
