Indiana Family to Family
Indiana Family to Family is the state's Family-to-Family Health Information Center and Parent-to-Parent organization, providing answers, resources, practical training and community connections to families of children and adults with special health, mental health and education needs. It publishes fact sheets in English, Spanish, Hakha Chin, Burmese and Haitian Creole, runs the free annual statewide Heart to Heart conference, offers live training and training videos, and provides tools for coordinating care. Support is free to Hoosier families.
