Keystone Learning Services
Keystone Learning Services is a regional educational service agency and special education cooperative for northeast Kansas school districts. It provides special education programming, early childhood services, the Jefferson-Davis Learning Academy, Parents as Teachers, Northeast Kansas Infant Toddler Services (NEKITS), and TASN statewide projects including Autism and Tertiary Behavior Supports (ATBS) and the School Mental Health Initiative. It also delivers shared business services to member districts.
