Kid-Link, Developmental Services of Northwest Kansas
Kid-Link, Developmental Services of Northwest Kansas is the local tiny-k network for Norton, Osborne, Phillips, Rooks, Russell and Smith Counties. tiny-k is Kansas's name for its IDEA Part C infant-toddler program: free developmental evaluation for any child under three whose family or doctor has a concern, and, for children who qualify, early intervention services delivered in the places the child already spends time. Referral is open to anyone, including a parent.
