In Kansas it serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across 83 counties through CDDO affiliations, offering Shared Living (Mosaic at Home) with 24/7 support, supported living hourly and 24/7, day services, employment skills training, medical and nursing support, mental and behavioral health and autism services, and targeted case management. It is an affiliated provider of at least five CDDOs in scope: Arrowhead West, DSNWK, DPOK, Southwest Developmental Services and the CDDO of Southeast Kansas.
