Northwest Kansas Educational Service Center EC3 is the local tiny-k network for Cheyenne, Decatur, Graham, Gove, Logan, Rawlins, Sheridan, Sherman, Thomas, Trego, Wallace and Lane Counties. tiny-k is Kansas's name for its IDEA Part C infant-toddler program: free developmental evaluation for any child under three whose family or doctor has a concern, and, for children who qualify, early intervention services delivered in the places the child already spends time. Referral is open to anyone, including a parent.
