OCCK says it "partners with children and adults with short or long-term disabilities in North Central Kansas to offer disability support services and fulfill their dreams." Incorporated in 1969, it serves nine counties: Saline, Dickinson, Ellsworth, Cloud, Ottawa, Republic, Mitchell, Jewell and Lincoln. Services span personal care, assistive technology, autism services, brain injury support, children's services, community and independent living, home health and skilled nursing, therapies, telehealth, medical case management, employment training and supported employment, Ticket to Work, school transition, and the Salina CityGo bus. It is an ATK regional access site for Salina and Topeka, and an affiliated provider of DPOK's CDDOs and of DSNWK's CDDO.
