It provides case management, residential and individual living options, medical services, employment training, community involvement and a therapeutic riding horse ranch. Rosewood Creations gives work in furniture retail, ranching, greenhouse, winery, industrial kitchen and ceramic arts. It is affiliated with four separate CDDOs (Arrowhead West, DSNWK, DPOK and Southwest Developmental Services), and has the widest service line of any affiliate on the Arrowhead West roster.
