Russell Child Development Center
Russell Child Development Center is the local tiny-k network for Finney, Grant, Greeley, Hamilton, Haskell, Kearny, Lane, Morton, Seward, Scott, Stanton, Stevens and Wichita Counties. tiny-k is Kansas's name for its IDEA Part C infant-toddler program: free developmental evaluation for any child under three whose family or doctor has a concern, and, for children who qualify, early intervention services delivered in the places the child already spends time. Referral is open to anyone, including a parent.
