Southeast Kansas Area Agency on Aging
Southeast Kansas Area Agency on Aging is the Area Agency on Aging for 9 Kansas counties. Area Agencies on Aging are the local arm of the Older Americans Act network: they run information and assistance, case management, nutrition and in-home services, caregiver support and the long-term care ombudsman connection, and they screen people for Medicaid home and community based services. They serve older adults and, in Kansas, also younger adults with disabilities through the Aging and Disability Resource Center.
