Statewide Independent Living Council of Kansas
The Statewide Independent Living Council of Kansas is the federally required council that develops and monitors the State Plan for Independent Living jointly with the state vocational rehabilitation agency and the Centers for Independent Living. It advocates for consumer-controlled, community-based independent living across Kansas.
