Choices Network states its purpose is to "promote and enhance the quality of life, social integration and support individuals with developmental disabilities of all ages." It provides targeted case management, personal care services, day services and residential services, and offers people a way to employ caregivers of their own choosing without handling the employment paperwork themselves. Affiliated with DPOK's CDDOs and DSNWK's CDDO.
