Developmental Services of Northwest Kansas, Inc. is the Community Developmental Disability Organization for Cheyenne, Decatur, Ellis, Gove, Graham, Logan, Norton, Osborne, Phillips, Rawlins, Rooks, Russell, Sheridan, Sherman, Smith, Thomas, Trego and Wallace Counties. In Kansas the CDDO is the single point of entry to the developmental disabilities system: it determines whether someone is eligible for I/DD services, maintains the list of people waiting, and helps families choose among the affiliated provider organizations in its area.
