Envision states its mission is to improve "the quality of life and provide inspiration, opportunity and community for people who are blind or visually impaired." It operates employment and manufacturing sites, the Bicknell Envision Vision Rehabilitation Center (316-440-1600), early childhood and youth programs including Heather's Camp for blind and visually impaired children, an arts program, and a research arm. It has a Dallas-area site and operations on 16 US military bases.
