Families Together, Inc.
Families Together is Kansas's federally designated Parent Training and Information Center and Family-to-Family Health Information Center. It assists families and youth with disabilities or special healthcare needs with early intervention, education, health care, transitions and community resources, through individualized assistance, parent-to-parent matching, education advocacy and training events. It serves families with children birth to 26.
