The Council on Developmental Disabilities in Louisville voices the needs of people with developmental disabilities and creates choices for living, learning and participation. It advocates on current initiatives, helps people contact legislators, and publishes education toolkits on waiver services, insurance and healthcare, independent living, transitions, housing, education, health and wellness, financial matters and early childhood. It also runs the Hang Out Club and The Council Closet and offers guardianship support.
