Visually Impaired Preschoolers Services, known as VIPS, provides educational services to young children who are blind or have low vision and supports their families, with offices in Louisville and Lexington. Its programs include home visits, orientation and mobility, the Kids Town preschool and a two day twos program, preschool transitions and advocacy, a parent empowerment program, summer programs, family resources and free prescription glasses.
