Cedar Lake Lodge supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the greater Louisville area, operating intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities with 87 licensed beds. It also provides respite care, outpatient rehabilitation support, supported and semi independent living, staffed residences, family home provider supports, a community enrichment center, daily living supports and transportation, and it shares Kentucky Medicaid waiver and waitlist information with families and guardians.
