Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation
OVR is Kentucky's state vocational rehabilitation agency, within the Kentucky Career Center. It provides counseling, training, job placement, assistive technology and supported employment through offices statewide, and runs the Carl D. Perkins Vocational Training Center in Thelma.
