Special Needs Arts Programs (SNAP) gives people with disabilities chances to take part in the arts, building creative expression, peer relationships and self esteem. Programs include a chorus, ceramics, crafts, paint nights, a Special Artists program and art drop-in sessions, with concerts and card sales of participants' work.
