Coalition for Usher Syndrome Research
The Usher Syndrome Coalition provides information and support to people with Usher syndrome, a genetic cause of combined deafness and blindness, and to their families, and works to raise awareness and accelerate research. It maintains resources for parents from birth through the school years and transition to adult life, guidance on the IEP process, young adult and mental health resources, and a network connecting families with each other and with researchers.
