Employment Options, now operating as Novus, serves people in the MetroWest region of Massachusetts who are working to manage their mental health, with much of its work focused on helping members return to work and build self-sufficient lives. It runs clubhouse communities, workforce development and young adult programs, a Family Options program, and social enterprises including Lotus Catering, and partners with employers on inclusive hiring.
