Envisioning Access, formerly Helping Hands: Monkey Helpers, uses emerging technologies including augmented and virtual reality, assistive technology, artificial intelligence and robotics to help adults with physical disabilities gain greater independence at home. It also provides lifetime health and wellness care for its retired capuchin monkeys, which it formerly trained as in-home helpers.
