Lowell Association for the Blind
The Lowell Association for the Blind supports, educates and nurtures residents of the Greater Merrimack Valley who are blind or have low vision, helping them gain maximum independence. Its downtown Lowell office hosts adaptive equipment training, braille lessons and a radio reading and recording studio, and it runs youth services, adult services and technology services.
