Anne Arundel Community College: On-Campus Transition Program
The On Campus Transition Program is an AACPS program for students with intellectual disabilities in their last two years of entitlement with the public school system. They will attend AACC full time to participate in college classes and extra curricular activities in order to experience a college environment.
