Center for Progressive Learning, which operates as Changing People's Lives, provides shared living services for adults ages 18 and over with intellectual or developmental disabilities throughout Maryland. It recruits, approves and supports private care providers in whose homes people live and take part in community life while attending school, day programs or vocational activities, and it is certified by the Maryland Department of Health Developmental Disabilities Administration.
