Seniorsplus
SeniorsPlus serves older adults, adults with disabilities, caregivers and family members as the Area Agency on Aging for Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties and as a home care coordination agency for the state. Services include care coordination, information and assistance, Medicare counseling, Money Minders, caregiver services and a fiscal intermediary. Specialized services cover home modifications, assistive technology, respite, emergency response systems and nutrition programs such as Meals on Wheels.
