New Communities, INC
New Communities runs 26 programs across southern, central and coastal Maine, creating supportive communities and services for older adults in assisted living, for people with intellectual disabilities and for people with mental illness. It began as a single assisted living community in 1986 and also offers professional training. Maine DHHS lists the agency as a provider of Section 21 community support, group home and home support services in Androscoggin, Kennebec, Lincoln and Oxford counties and 1 other county.
