OHI provides intellectual and developmental disability services and mental health services in eastern Maine, including home and community-based waiver services, community integration, skills development, behavioral health home services, community case management, representative payee services and its Home of Your Own personal support program. It also runs the Brewer Area Food Pantry, Camp CaPella, Special Olympics and advocacy work. Maine DHHS lists the agency as a provider of Section 21 and 29 case management, community support, representative payee, group home and home support services in Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis and Somerset counties and 2 other counties.
