Quality Care Access, founded in 2020, provides home-based health and support services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with its own admissions process and therapeutic models. Maine DHHS lists it as a Section 20 and Section 21 provider of group home and home support agency per diem services and less than 24 hour home support in Androscoggin, Cumberland and York counties.
