Speaking Up for Us
Speaking Up For Us (SUFU) is a self-advocacy organization run by and for adults with developmental disabilities in Maine. It supports, encourages, and teaches self-advocates to advocate for themselves in all areas of their lives, through statewide conferences, regional meetings and conferences, and local chapter meetings. Its site offers accessibility tools including a screen reader and font resizer, along with resources, newsletters, training videos, and transportation information.
