disAbility Connections is a center for independent living advancing the independence, productivity, and inclusion of children and adults with disabilities in Jackson, Hillsdale, and Lenawee counties. It provides information and referral, peer support, community transitions, MI Options counseling, a medical equipment loan closet, ramps, youth programs, parent education, and advocacy.
